Location: Ultimo, Sydney/ Hybrid Permanent, Full Time Role $111K to $122K + 15.4% ABC Nominated Super About the Role This is a great opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief People Officer (CPO) and help keep the People & Culture division running smoothly. Working closely with the CPO, you will manage a varied portfolio spanning executive support, governance, stakeholder coordination, communications and operational delivery. You will help keep priorities on track, build strong relationships across the ABC, and support the effectiveness of an executive leadership team. Key Responsibilities Provide proactive executive support, including complex diary management, travel coordination and executive correspondence. Coordinate governance activities, including Board and Executive papers, meeting logistics, action tracking and approvals. Manage projects, communications and operational initiatives on behalf of the CPO. Build strong relationships across the ABC while acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Lead and support the administrative operations of the CPO's Office, including managing the People & Culture Coordinator and driving continuous process improvement. About You You're a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting senior executives. You anticipate needs, exercise sound judgement and are known for your ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism. You'll Bring: Significant experience supporting C-suite or senior executives within a large, complex organisation. Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, complex schedules and confidential matters. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging across all levels of an organisation. Experience coordinating governance processes, executive meetings, projects and strategic initiatives. A proactive mindset, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
