EAHQ (theeahq.com) is a job board that lists roles for Executive Assistants, ops-adjacent EAs, and Chiefs of Staff. Listings are sourced from employers, recruiters, public job postings, and community submissions, and are reviewed and tagged by our team before publication.

By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

We curate every listing on EAHQ, but we don't create the underlying roles and we don't control the employers who post them. We do our best to keep listings accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, current, or still available at the time you view it. Salary figures, when shown, are as reported by the source and we don't independently verify them.

Applying for a role, and any hiring process that follows, is a matter between you and the employer or recruiter. For most listings, EAHQ links directly to the employer's own listing or application page and we don't collect applications. Some listings accept applications through EAHQ itself, in which case we pass your profile, CV, and any covering note on to the employer or recruiter behind that listing — but either way, we're not a party to any resulting application, interview, offer, or employment relationship, and can't control or guarantee how an employer or recruiter handles it.

If you create a candidate profile, the information and CV you provide must be accurate and your own — don't create a profile with someone else's details, or upload a CV that isn't yours. You're responsible for keeping your profile up to date and for what you choose to share in it.

Applying to a role through EAHQ shares your profile and CV, as they stand at that moment, with the employer or recruiter behind that listing — you'll see exactly who before you submit. If you opt in to recruiter search (off by default), agencies with a claimed EAHQ page can find and view your profile, subject to any agencies you've chosen to block. Recruiters and employers may only use candidate data accessed through EAHQ for genuine recruitment purposes connected to their own roles — not for any other purpose, and not shared onward beyond their own hiring process.

How long we keep profile, CV, and application data, and what happens to it when you delete your account, is covered in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree not to:

• scrape, copy, or republish listings from EAHQ at scale without our permission;
• submit false, misleading, or spam listings or submissions;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose.

The EAHQ name, branding, our role-classification system, and the site's design and text are owned by us or used under licence. Individual job listings remain the property of the employers or sources that posted them.

EAHQ is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including reliance on any listing, salary figure, or role tagging, or from any application, interview, or employment outcome connected to a listing found here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
