About this role

Owen Mumford is looking to hire a Office Manager/Receptionist at our Witney site. Could this be your next role? As the Office Manager/Receptionist you will provide a professional and efficient front-of-house and office administration service, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office environment. The role is responsible for reception duties, visitor management, office supplies and facilities coordination, post and courier administration, expenses support, and general administrative assistance to support internal teams, customers, suppliers, and external visitors. Key Responsibilities: To answer all incoming telephone calls in a professional business manner and transfer those to the correct destination – taking and relaying messages where appropriate Provision of information to callers To receive visitors and to inform the person they wish to see immediately, including the Chipping Norton site. To assist with the Sine Core System when necessary Send and receive e-mails from the OM general e-mail address and deal with enquiries where possible General administrative & clerical duties Maintain office supplies, consumables, stationery, kitchen items, and meeting room resources. Frank all outgoing mail and sort incoming mail on a daily basis. Assist in the organisation of meeting rooms Provide administrative support for meetings, audits, customer visits, and unexpected external visits. Distribute sales enquiries Maintenance of Sine Core System Maintain a tidy reception area Other adhoc duties as required To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous work on reception in a busy environment Experienced in using Excel and Word Previous experience in a busy reception, office administration, or office management environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional and confident telephone manner. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Flexible and proactive approach to work. Previous experience using a Meridian switchboard system preferred. Experience using visitor management systems such as Sine Core desirable. Previous experience handling expenses administration and data input advantageous. What will we give you?
