About this role

Careline Lifestyles is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to the Chairman & Director. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting senior leadership in both business and personal matters. The successful candidate will be a trusted confidant with excellent organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support Prepare professional reports, presentations, meeting papers, and correspondence. Handle confidential and sensitive documents with discretion. Organise and maintain electronic and paper filing systems. Scan, file, and securely manage important documentation. Order stationery, office supplies, and other business-related products. Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Chairman's and Director's office. Personal Assistance Manage personal appointments and commitments. Arrange personal errands and coordinate personal travel where required. Assist with ad hoc personal tasks, ensuring a seamless balance between professional and personal commitments. Diary Management Manage complex and ever-changing diaries for the Chairman and Director. Schedule meetings, appointments, and events while anticipating potential conflicts. Prioritise appointments and ensure efficient time management. Travel Coordination Arrange business and personal travel, including train tickets, accommodation, and itineraries. Prepare travel schedules and ensure all arrangements are communicated effectively. Handle last-minute changes efficiently when required. Research Conduct research on a range of business and personal topics. Gather and present information in a clear, concise, and professional format to support decision-making. About You We're looking for someone who is: Highly organised with excellent time management skills. Experienced in providing executive or personal assistant support to senior leaders. Professional, discreet, and able to maintain strict confidentiality. Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to work independently, use initiative, and adapt to changing priorities. Meticulous with excellent attention to detail. Calm under pressure and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Essential Requirements Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar senior administrative role. Excellent organisational and diary management skills. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. What We Offer Competitive salary.
