Description Minimum Qualifications Administrative, executive support, business coordination, or related experience Up to 10% of travel as needed Proficiency in calendar management, including coordinating complex schedules, prioritizing competing demands, and resolving scheduling conflicts Experience managing meetings, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through Experience with expense management, including preparing, submitting, and reconciling expense reports in accordance with company policies Proven relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and confidential information simultaneously Strong proficiency with business productivity tools including word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, and email applications Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship  Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification   Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position   Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting leadership teams in a fast-paced environment Project or program coordination experience Demonstrates an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of generative AI tools and effectively leverages them to support research, analysis, content creation, and problem-solving. Apply critical thinking to validate AI-generated outputs while adhering to organizational policies for responsible AI use, data privacy, and security Qualifications About the Job The Executive Assistant provides administrative and business support to leadership and business teams, helping drive efficient operations and effective communication across the organization. This role performs a broad range of coordination and administrative activities, including calendar management, travel arrangements, documentation support, meeting coordination, and records management. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Core Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of administrative functions, including document preparation, data entry, calendar management, and maintenance of organized records Coordinate meetings, schedules, and related logistics to support leaders and business teams Arrange travel accommodations, transportation, and business travel support while ensuring a seamless travel experience Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, reports, presentations, and other business documentation Submit payment requests and maintain required supporting documentation in accordance with established processes Compile and organize data, prepare routine reports, and support team activities with accurate documentation Support effective communication by maintaining organized information and facilitating coordination across stakeholders Assist with call management, email management, event planning, and other operational activities that contribute to business continuity The base pay range for this role is $45,030.00 to $58,656.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills. This position may also be eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
