Executive Assistant to support the Non- Marine Broking Team- London An exceptional opportunity for an experienced team assistant to support a team of circa 15 reinsurance brokers within Willis Re. Working for a successful start- up, this is much more than your traditional team assistant role. This position requires someone who is not only confident in providing team support but also comfortable providing general assistance to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is looking to develop their career in executive support and office coordination. Working closely with the broking team, you will coordinate diaries, meetings, travel, expenses and documentation, while also supporting onboarding and office logistics. You will be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and play a vital role in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. This is a predominantly office-based role to enable close collaboration with the team with flexibility to work from home on occasion where business needs allow. Key responsibilities Provide administrative support to the broking team including travel arrangements and processing expenses Prepare documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools Support onboarding of new joiners and liaise with IT and People teams Assist with desk planning and office logistics Manage internal communications and liaise with external stakeholders Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, and visitor arrangements Assist with planning team events and offsites Maintain team records and shared documentation About You We are looking for a confident and adaptable individual who communicates clearly, handles confidential matters with discretion, and enjoys supporting a busy team.
