Role: Onboarding & Events Administrator Location: London, White City | 5 days a week in office Reporting to: Head of HR, UK This is a newly created role sitting at the heart of the Flatpay UK People team. As our Onboarding & Events Administrator, you'll own the operational and experiential backbone of life at Flatpay UK, making sure new starters have everything they need from day one, our events run without a hitch, and the day-to-day keeps moving. You'll work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Facilities, and you'll be the person who makes things happen without being asked twice. As we continue to grow, this role has real scope to expand with us. Responsibilities Planning and running company events including our Christmas party, summer party, and monthly wrap-up Coordinating our monthly onboarding days end to end Coordinating all internal moments, from weekly team events through to ad hoc socials Supporting monthly connect logistics including room setup, AV, catering, and comms Coordinating with AmWorld on Field Sales starter kit dispatch Managing new starter logistics including equipment, business cards, and ID cards Owning the leaver process from an operational standpoint, including equipment returns and handovers to Facilities Managing meeting room coordination across the office Supporting the People team with day-to-day coordination and ad hoc operational tasks as the business scales Being the go-to person for the practical side of the employee experience Skills & Attributes Proven experience in event coordination or event management (this is the most important thing) Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once A self-starter who takes ownership, follows through, and doesn't need to be chased Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling business where things change quickly A warm, proactive communicator who builds relationships easily across teams London-based and happy to be in the office five days a week Our Values At Flatpay, how we work matters as much as what we achieve. Independent management of administrative processes within established frameworks. Includes calendar governance, travel coordination, stakeholder interaction and process ownership. Judgement is primarily procedural but autonomy is growing.
