Working closely with colleagues across multiple offices, you will support a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them maintain high standards of corporate governance and meet their statutory and regulatory obligations. Key Responsibilities: Ensure clients comply with company law, governance requirements, and relevant regulations. Draft corporate documentation, including board minutes, resolutions, and Companies House filings. Maintain and update statutory registers and company records. Manage company incorporations and support ongoing compliance activities. Liaise with internal teams, clients, legal advisers, and auditors. Contribute to team initiatives, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. About You: Previous experience in a Senior Assistant Company Secretary or similar role. Strong understanding of corporate governance and company secretarial best practice. Knowledge of Companies House filing requirements and statutory compliance. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Confident communicator who can build effective relationships and handle confidential information professionally. Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively under pressure. Experience using Diligent Entities or similar company secretarial software is highly desirable. A qualification in law, business administration, or a related discipline would be advantageous.
