About this role
mlcoa is an established premier national provider of independent medical opinions and specialist services to insurers, private and government employers/departments, self-insured companies and the legal profession. We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our team on a 12-month contract which can be 4 or 5 days per week. Reporting to the National Quality Manager, you will support the delivery of high-quality, client-focused administrative services within a collaborative team. Job Description Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support and maintain a professional office environment Assist the National Quality Manager with assessments and coordinating medical reports Liaise with internal teams, medical consultants, clients, and external stakeholders Work closely with the Reports Production team to ensure efficient workflow Contribute to timely report delivery and overall team effectiveness Qualifications About You Strong administrative and organisational skills Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities Experience managing multiple stakeholders High attention to detail and confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience in medical/legal or injury management (desirable) Additional Information What We Offer Flexible working arrangements (office + work from home) Supportive and collaborative team culture Ongoing training and career development through MedHealth Join a purpose-driven organisation where teamwork, respect, and client focus are at the core of what we do.
