About the role: We’re seeking a high-performing and adaptable Administration Officer to support the Nursing & Midwifery Directorate at James Fletcher Hospital. This isn’t your typical admin role - it’s a dynamic, high-touch role where your work directly contributes to workforce and recruitment strategies across portfolios such as clinical practice, leadership, and professional development. This role will see you supporting a talented and friendly team - with opportunities to step up when needed, grow your skills, and make a meaningful impact. In this role, you'll: Provide high-level administrative support across nursing workforce portfolios Contribute to workforce and recruitment coordination Liaise with senior clinical staff including Nurse Managers and portfolio leads Support report creation, data entry, and document formatting with flair and precision Work closely with a supportive team with strong onboarding and ongoing development About you: You’re organised, adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Experience with recruitment and electronic information systems, including ROB, is also desirable.
