Job Overview – Contract Executive Assistant – JO#34413 We are hiring an Executive Assistant for a 4-month contract supporting a senior executive in a professional, fast-paced environment. This role will focus heavily on executive support, with travel coordination being the largest responsibility. You’ll also manage calendar and email needs, coordinate meetings, support projects, and handle confidential documents and communications. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable anticipating needs with minimal direction.
