Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $40.00 to $45.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities: Provide high level executive support by managing schedules, priorities, meetings, and critical business activities for senior leadership. Coordinate complex travel arrangements, logistics, and event planning while ensuring seamless execution of business and personal commitments. Serve as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, external partners, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and follow through. Manage administrative operations, document organization, expense reporting, and confidential records across multiple business and personal matters. Oversee office administration functions, support special projects, and help drive efficiency through technology, process improvements, and workflow management. Requirements: 7+ years of executive support, senior administrative, or related professional experience. At least 5+ years of experience supporting a CEO, founder, executive leader, or other C-suite professional. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, digital collaboration tools, and business productivity platforms. Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, competing priorities, and high visibility projects. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality while exercising sound judgment and independent decision making. Qualifications: Previous experience supporting executives within real estate, investment, family office, professional services, or similar environments. Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels. Proven ability to manage both business and personal administrative responsibilities with professionalism and discretion. Prior experience coordinating with attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, vendors, and other external service providers. Self-motivated and adaptable professional with exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
