Job Description About the role As Team Coordinator, Education, you'll provide critical administrative and operational support to our Education team. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department by coordinating meetings, managing communications, supporting projects, preparing documentation and assisting with financial administration. This is a varied role that combines proactive coordination, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and process improvement. You'll be a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and play an important role in helping our teams deliver exceptional experiences for learners and members. Your remit will be broad and will include: Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to senior education. Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and team activities. Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, reports and other collateral. Act as a first point of contact for team enquiries and communications. Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Support the delivery of team projects, initiatives and events. Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, expense management and budget tracking. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements. Support the effective use of systems, tools and team resources. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and departmental objectives. Desired Skills and Experience What you bring to the role We're looking for a highly organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys supporting teams, managing competing priorities and building strong relationships. You'll be customer-focused, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll bring a collaborative approach, strong communication skills and the confidence to take ownership of tasks while continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes and ways of working. In addition, you will also have the following: Demonstrable experience in a team coordination, administration or business support role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Well-developed stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities. A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Confidence working with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms and business systems. Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across a national team. Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to identifying improvements. Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning new technologies, tools and ways of working.
